Let’s see – what can I tell you about myself that you don’t already know?  ANYTHING.  Just a little joke to get us started.   

I am one of six brothers and sisters, five of which still live in the Florence area.  I have lived in Florence most of my life as have many of my family members.  My sister, Sandra Lane, has a local interior design business; my sister, Pat Sapp, has a resale / antique shop; and until just recently, my parents, owned a local furniture store business for over 50 years.  Yes, as you can probably tell, family is a big part of my life and very important to me.  Especially those not yet mentioned my wife Kathy and our two boys, Caleb and Boaz.   

Born and raised in Florence, some of my fondest memories are of the many hours riding my motorcycle around Siltcoos Lake and on the dunes.  Before starting my brokerage, I spent time in Alaska, Florida and California – “seeing the world”.   

I have been in real estate for over 10 years.  I have recently "retired" from full time residential real estate to spend more time with my family, special projects, commercial real estate and vacation rentals.   

Good communication and honesty are the most important aspects of the real estate transaction for me.  I want you to know what you are buying and what’s going on every step of the way.  I want your real estate experience to be a good one.  One that gets you excited about your new home or property and Florence.  80% of my business is referrals and it is my hope that you will tell others about me
