For the comfort of our guests, occupancy is generally limited to 2 adults per room. $5/person/day for more than 2 to help cover additional costs.

Cancellation Policy

As far as cancellation, we don't want to be the 'bad guys'.

So we try and work with you as best as we can.

1.) Your entire deposit will be refunded to you if you cancel within 30 days of arrival;

2.) If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, we can often book your room - If we are able to book your room, your deposit will be fully refunded.
